To evaluate the threshing system, two batches of rice plants were tested, and the results showed that the thresher had the advantages of high precision, low breakage and no residue. Abstract

Threshing is an essential pretreatment in rice yield-related traits evaluation and rice thresher is an important study of agricultural machinery automation. 单株全喂全自动稻米脱粒机的研制
脱粒是水稻产量相关性状评价中必不可少的预处理环节,水稻脱粒机是农业机械自动化研究的重要内容。但传统脱粒机的脱粒功能简单,不适合高精度、自动化的水稻产量相关性状评价。传统的脱粒评价方法仍然是人工脱粒。为此,我们研制了一种单株全喂全自动脱粒机。脱粒机采用分层多辊轧制方式分别脱粒。设计了鱼鳞筛板进行颗粒与秸秆的分离,整个系统由可编程控制器(PLC)自动控制。为评价该脱粒系统,对两批水稻进行了脱粒试验,结果表明该脱粒机具有脱粒精度高、破碎率低、无残留等优点。因此,该脱粒机为水稻产量相关性状的高精度、自动化评价提供了有力的支持。
