The results showed that the purity of the isolated safrole was 89.18%. The yield of isosafrol product from isomerization was 77.56% and produce two isomer products (cis and trans-isosafrol). The result of isosafrole oxidation with potassium permanganate oxidizing agent obtained 65.63% rendamen. Abstract

用微波法合成黄芩油查尔酮类化合物抗癌产品
查尔酮是从黄芩油中提取的半合成化合物。查尔酮类化合物被归类为类黄酮,可作为药物使用。合成过程影响化合物的理化性质及其药理活性。微波合成具有较好的细胞毒活性。本研究的目的是利用微波法合成查尔酮类化合物。该合成工艺主要经过从黄芪油中分离黄樟酚、黄樟酚异构化、异黄樟酚氧化和胡椒醛缩合等几个步骤。结果表明,分离得到的黄樟酚纯度为89.18%。异构化产物收率为77.56%,可得到顺式和反式两种异构体产物。用高锰酸钾氧化剂氧化异黄樟醇的结果为65.63%。微波法合成查尔酮产物,收率为85.86%。
