In addition, this paper combines multi-disciplinary knowledge to carry out a systematic study on the legal issues of multivariate co-governance of agricultural product quality and safety in my country from the perspective of law. Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality and safety of agricultural products is not only related to the health of consumers, but also to the sustainable and stable development of the economy, and even to the harmony and stability of the society. 大数据在农产品质量安全治理法律完善中的应用
农产品的质量安全不仅关系到消费者的身体健康,而且关系到经济的持续稳定发展,甚至关系到社会的和谐稳定。农产品质量安全多重共治理论模型的应用具有一定的理论支持。本文将大数据技术应用于农产品质量安全治理,运用大数据方法研究农产品溯源过程中的关键控制点。此外,在选取关键控制点的基础上,研究各环节关键控制点对应的关键可追溯性指标。此外,本文结合多学科知识,从法学角度对我国农产品质量安全多元共治的法律问题进行了系统研究。从实验研究和最终的决策建议可以看出,本文提出的方法是可行的。
