The peculiarities of modular training are also highlighted. It has been proven that professional training needs modular technologies, as it is a flexible technology for organizing professional training. Research by scientists has characterized the technology of modular learning as a generalization of the experience of other theories and concepts of the educational process, the integration of everything innovative in pedagogical theory and practice. \nThe most rational ways of developing the system of professional education and vocational training based on modular technologies and their varieties are characterized. The importance of the development of vocational training in Ukraine based on the mentioned technologies is emphasized. It has been proven that the practice of organizing education in professional (vocational-technical) institutions should be based on various forms of modular technologies. \nIt is noted that the formation of the content of educational programs of education seekers should be developed according to the modular-block principle, which will allow implementing an individual approach, ensuring the flexibility of information presentation, to select the content of education taking into account the results of the entrance control of knowledge and skills of education seekers. \nIt is noted that in Ukraine it is necessary to create such a system of professional training that would provide unique knowledge in the field of science, would be effective, demonstrate a high level of quality of the educational process, management of educational institutions, would ensure high results of educational and practical activities of education seekers and would be complementary requirements labor market in relation to knowledge, skills, competencies, qualifications. Abstract
The article reveals the organization of modular training in professional and vocational-technical education. The peculiarities of modular training are also highlighted.
