Abstract

Evaluation of Psycho-emotional state in human subjects such as normal activity of consciousness in normal people, increased positive activity of consciousness persons with strong spiritual quality and suppressed activity of consciousness in depression patients influences the optical density of salivary proteins. Optical density of this protein sample were measured at different molecular weight ranges like 50-60 k.Da, 30-40 k.Da and 14-20 k.Da in different groups of human subjects. Concentration of this protein sample is direct proportional to optical density. The basic method of protein estimation in saliva is SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulfate- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). This study showed significant changes when compared to controlled groups and the statistical analyzes were performed through factorial One-way ANOVA done by Dunnetts Multiple Comparison Test.

唾液中蛋白质测定的基本方法是SDS-PAGE(十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳)。
