We attained a total-area efficiency of 10.05% for a <span><math><mtext>30 </mtext><mtext>cm</mtext><mtext> × 40 </mtext><mtext>cm</mtext></math></span> tandem submodule. We found that the initial degradation of these tandem cells was about 15% on the initial value. Abstract
