The local government through the Bantul Education Office and SDN 1 Bantul and SD Unggulan Aisyiyah implement policy implementation strategies: (1) Bantul Education and Youth Organization: coordinate with the Regional Government in an effort to increase incentives and recruit new honorary teachers who receive regional incentives, (2) SDN 1 Bantul and SD Unggulan Aisyiyah implement regional and school policy strategies are in accordance with predetermined policy administration procedures. Abstract
