Descriptive statistics and frequency analysis was used to explain the tables of the various variables. The mean response was tested using a student t-test. The findings of the study revealed that personal values which is the first variable revealed that there is no significant difference in ethical leadership and business growth between the Public and Private enterprises (Sig = .728, P>0.05). Similarly, Social values which is the second variable showed that there is no significant difference in management disruptions and business growth between the Public and Privateenterprises (Sig =.238, P>0.05).
