Abstract

This article is devoted to the pharmaceutical development of medical hemostatic foam. The method of parenchymal bleeding modeling in the liver of rats was used to assess hemostatic activity of various concentrations of aluminum and iron chloride. Also assessment of sedimentation rate and density of various samples of medical foam was made when polysorbates-20 and -80 were added to it in concentration range of 0-0,75%.
