Special raw materials have found wide application not only in pharmaceuticals, but also for the needs of biotechnology. The quality of biological raw materials directly depends on the control of the technological process. The applied preservation methods will allow preserving the biological properties of organ preparations. On the example of production for the preparation of thymus and the brain of cattle, the organization of the control process was evaluated and the organoleptic and quality characteristics of the products were described for compliance with the criteria of regulatory documents.
