The millet cultivar used in this experiment was the IPA Bulk 1BF. The mean germination rate of seedlings in relation to control salinity level was higher than 90%, while for level of 12 dS.m salinity there was no germination. The fitted model presented a high coefficient of determination of model (pseudo-R2= 90.96%) and low sum of squares of residuals (SSR=0.26). 盐碱化胁迫对狼尾草幼苗发芽率、地上部和根系生长及生物量的影响
【摘要】谷子是一年生循环植物,具有C4代谢能力,耐水分亏缺,适宜在雨水匮乏地区种植。目的是评价盐胁迫对谷子幼苗萌发、地上部和根系生长和生物量的影响。试验采用完全随机设计,4个处理,5个重复,以谷子种子为单位。在电导率为4.0的条件下,NaCl加入量分别为2.337、4.674和7.011 g/L;8.0;12.0 dS/m和0 dS/m(蒸馏水)作为对照。本试验选用的谷子品种为IPA散装型1BF。与对照盐度水平相关的幼苗平均发芽率高于90%,而与对照盐度水平相关的幼苗平均发芽率高于90%。M盐度下没有萌发。拟合模型具有较高的模型决定系数(拟r2 = 90.96%)和较低的残差平方和(SSR=0.26)。用β回归模型分析谷子幼苗72 h后发芽率与盐度、根系长度和地上部分干质量的关系是比较合适的。
