Results revealed that indigenous inoculation (with reduced dose of chemical fertilizer) significantly increased (p<0.05) the biochemical contents (chlorophyll, carotenoids, carbohydrate and protein) of mustard leaf as compared to uninoculated control (full recommended dose of NPK fertilizers).
