The study object of this research, which uses case study from qualitative research designs, consists of 18837 proverbs taken from Turkish Proverbs of Nurettin Albayrak’s. Document analysis was used to collect the data, and content analysis was used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, it was determined that the critical thinking and problem solving skills were emphasized mostly in Turkish proverbs. Abstract

The concept of the universe, the thought system and the proverbs that reveal the perspective of the world are concrete reflections of collective consciousness.
