Conclusion: Drilling water near the source of high pollution in Bukittinggi City is contaminated with coliform bacteria. Abstract

Aim: The aim of the study was to know the quality of drill water which is close to the source of high pollution in Bukittinggi City that is suitable for public consumption. 目的:了解武吉亭吉市靠近高污染源的钻孔水的水质,以供公众饮用。材料与方法:采用最可能数法(MPN)和总板数法(TPC)。结果与讨论:样品A的MPN >2400个细菌/100 ml,样品B的MPN > 150个细菌/100 ml,样品c的MPN >2400个细菌/100 ml。TPC计算结果:样品A的MPN > 3752 × 102大肠菌群/ml,样品B的MPN > 4414 × 102大肠菌群/ml,样品c的MPN > 5941 × 102大肠菌群/ml。结论:Bukittinggi市高污染源附近的钻探水存在大肠菌群污染。根据2010年印度尼西亚共和国卫生部和印度尼西亚国家标准(SNI)第01-3553-2006号,在Bukittinggi市高污染源附近的钻井水与良好的质量条件相比,是不可饮用的。
