Abstract

Milk analyzer is a very useful instrument in the dairy industry. Feed is the principle cause of variation in the composition of fat, although several other factors are believed to influence. The fat concentration is most sensitive to dietary changes, followed by protein concentration; whereas the concentration of lactose, vitamins, Solid not fat (SNF), salts and other solid constituents do not respond to the dietary alterations.
