Many factors influence this. CV Ony Sarmanih, in their observations, concluded that the phenomenon that often occurs among employees is dissatisfaction with bonuses, benefits, and incentives received. The employees felt that the salary they received was unfair because the workload they were bearing was not proportional to the compensation they got. As a result, the work performance and discipline of the employees are negatively affected. Many employees often skip classes or only work half a day. To investigate this issue, this study used quantitative methods by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a saturated sample technique.
