Red ginger products have the potential to be further developed, considering that Pao village is close to tourist attractions, and is also supported by the high demand for red ginger products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on innovation in making red ginger syrup as a health herbal drink during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pao Village. Through this activity, the community, especially housewives, are expected to increase their knowledge so that they can then make red ginger syrup for their daily needs, as well as potential business opportunities. This service activity is carried out using lecture methods and direct practice. The results showed success in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants. This success rate is indicated by the increase in the average pretest score, which was originally 50.26, then increased to 84.38 in post-test.
