Therefore, the comprehensive economic evaluation comes as a necessity due to the urgent need to guarantee the accuracy and scientificity in decision-making process of railway project investing. The system dynamics as a tool is associated with local railway projects to set up the model, and one of the projects is taken as an example to perform the simulation and analysis via Vinsem platform. The paper mainly focuses on the financial evaluation analysis of the project, through the actual simulation of the project based on the model, a comprehensive and dynamic understanding of the profitability, the debt-paying ability and the economic reasonability of the project can be obtained, additionally, the sensibility of the system is detected to seek the key factors that affecting the feasibility of the model. Abstract

The ongoing research establishes the economic evaluation model of the West China Regional Railway projects based on Vensim software, then the simulation analyses concerning the model are conducted. 基于系统动力学的西部区域铁路项目经济评价建模与仿真
本研究基于Vensim软件建立了华西铁路项目经济评价模型,并对模型进行了仿真分析。铁路作为国民经济的基础设施,在国民经济和社会发展中起着至关重要的作用。因此,为了保证铁路项目投资决策的准确性和科学性,综合经济评价势在必行。以系统动力学为工具,结合当地铁路项目建立模型,并以其中一个项目为例,通过Vinsem平台进行仿真分析。本文主要对项目进行财务评价分析,通过基于模型的项目实际仿真,全面、动态地了解项目的盈利能力、偿债能力和经济合理性,并检测系统的敏感性,寻求影响模型可行性的关键因素。结果表明:该模型是可行和有效的,最敏感的因素是运价和货运量。
