Abstract
The VUCA is a well-known business concept capturing that we live in an ever changing global and local landscape defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The convergence of profound changes brought about by new technologies and global crisis such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the NATO defeat in Afghanistan constitute the root of the VUCA world.
