Abstract
In this work, ZnFe_2O_4 nanoparticles was prepared via advanced combustion route. Zn ferrite was investigated by x-ray diffraction and the roughness of the surface describe by atomic force microscopy. From results XRD test itfs found that the crystal structureof sample ZnFe_2O_4 as a single phase nanoparticle is cubic with different annealing temperature 400, 600 and 800 .C respectively, accretion annealing temperature of the gelled to increase the crystalline average size The average size of nanoparticles in the range of 26.60, 30.13 and 56.23 nm at 400, 600 and 800 .C respectively. It can be found from UVvisible analysis the bandgap and the absorption spectrum accretion with accretion temperature.
