The proposed method does not need administrator’s help to access the facility if the user must know OTP and has a registered mobile phone. The OTP is generated and sent to the user’s mobile phone whenever the user requests to access facility. The proposed system can solve the problems of loss or theft in conventional access control system. Abstract
