Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa dan Kinerja Mengajar Dosen terhadap Keaktifan Mahasiswa pada Perkuliahan Online

Abstract

Online lectures at the college level due to the Covid-19 pandemic have had an impact and obstacle for students and lecturers, especially the decline in the learning quality, therefore is needed high learning motivation of students and good lecturers teaching performance so that students are more active in learning process. This research aim to find out the effect of student learning motivation and lecturers teaching performance on activness student in the online lectures. This research uses a quantitative paradigm with descriptive and verification types. The research population was students from the Halim Sanusi University – PUI Bandung, with a sample of 30 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires in the form of google form as the primary data source and the technical data analysis used simultaneous and partial path analysis. The results are that student learning motivation and lecturers teaching performance simultaneously have a significant effect on activness student in the online lectures, furthermore, student learning motivation partially has a significant effect on activness student in the online lectures, and lecturers teaching performance partially has a significant effect on activness student in the online lectures.
