This study uses an interpretive qualitative approach with a phenomenological study type of research. Interpretive is a social system that interprets behavior in detail by means of direct observation. This interpretation comes from efforts to find explanations about social events based on the perspectives and experiences of research subjects. Communication psychology can be applied to survivors of mental health disorders, if there is effective communication in the communication process, the psychology of the communicator views communication as not only being able to speak but also requiring a convincing appearance. This means that the communicant does not only pay attention to what the communicator says and communication psychology also applies message psychology, the message referred to here is language, namely the conclusion of words. The power of language that can move and control something.

Film sebagai karya audio visual dan merupakan media komunikasi massa yang dapat menjadi media informasi sekaligus media edukasi kepada khalayak luas. Sexy Killers menjadi strategi yang digunakan untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih deskriptif dan informatif. Masalah pertambangan batu bara tidak hanya terkait dengan kerusakan lingkungan tetapi juga terkait dengan pelanggaran HAM terkait isu keterlibatan elite politik di tambang batu bara di Kalimantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan paradigma kritis dengan teori analisis wacana kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran HAM terkait pertambangan batubara di Kalimantan, selain mengungkap siapa dibalik para pemain bisnis energi, Dandhy Dwi Laksono selaku direktur memandang pertambangan batubara sebagai masalah sosial di masyarakat. Ada ketimpangan sosial. Konteks sosial yang berkembang adalah praktik dominasi pengusaha di jajaran pemerintahan di Indonesia. Memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk membuat kebijakan yang dapat meringankan jalan bagi pemilik perusahaan. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the communication strategies used for the business development, to identify the interest of the younger generation, and to analyze the factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship of the younger generation The research was conducted in Negeri Katon District, Pesawaran Regency, and the study sample consisted of 32 members of the Tapis Jejama Khan MSME group. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing the census technique for data analysis. The results indicate that the communication strategies used for the MSME Tapis business development have been effective. The younger generation's interest in entrepreneurship is high. Furthermore, the study revealed a significant relationship between age, formal education, and motivation with youth interest in entrepreneurship. However, there was no significant relationship between non-formal education, media exposure, agency support, and youth interest in entrepreneurship. In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest the need for continued communication and development efforts to ensure the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. Furthermore, policymakers and MSMEs can focus on developing specific entrepreneurial traits and enhancing formal education to facilitate the regeneration process and keep businesses growing and advancing.

Utilization of the mass media as a source of development information is a strategic way to ensure the success of the Family Planning (KB) program in Indonesia. Therefore, access to information on family planning and contraceptive use is an important factor in increasing knowledge of the society. This study aims to examine the correlation between the level of exposure of the mass media and the level of knowledge of women about modern contraceptives. By utilizing secondary data sourced from National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) that so called “Survey Kinerja dan Akuntabilitas Program” in the year 2019, this study also conducted an inferential statistical test through a linear regression test to see the effect between variables. The respondents in this study were Women of Childbearing Age, accounted for 59,982 women, which was the result of data collection from 34 provinces and 514 cities/districts in Indonesia. The results of this study showed that the level of media exposure had a positive effect on increasing women knowledge about family planning. The media exposure level is also influenced by characteristic of women regarding age, education and level of wealth.

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup serius pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) seperti penurunan omzet, pemecatan karyawan hingga gulung tikar. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi khusus agar UMKM bisa survive di masa pandemi seperti penguasaan mengenai cara dan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan strategi komunikasi pemasaran, loyalitas dan kepercayaan konsumen dengan keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah Shawarma Sultan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner online dengan direct message, kemudian didukung data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal dan Kecamatan Medan Kota, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Agustus 2022. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 69 responden yang diperoleh melalui non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha. Shawarma Sultan memasarkan produknya dan membuat iklan melalui media sosial mampu menarik banyak konsumen sehingga penjualan Shawarma Sultan meningkat serta dapat bertahan bahkan berkembang di masa pandemi Covid-19 hingga saat ini. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi para pelaku usaha atau UMKM mengenai penggunaan media sosial sebagai strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam mendukung kesuksesan bisnis.

Profesi dalang dalam pertunjukan wayang kulit sangatlah krusial. Para dalang adalah sutradara, penulis skenario, narator, musisi, bahkan tak jarang juga sebagai penyanyi. Preferensi publik dan liputan media untuk dalang perempuan sayangnya kurang sehingga memengaruhi eksistensi mereka bila dibandingkan dengan dalang pria. Asumsi negatif, seperti wayang perempuan kurang menarik dan perempuan semestinya tidak boleh menjadi dalang, juga berkontribusi terhadap masalah yang mereka hadapi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyoroti kiprah dalang perempuan untuk memberdayakan diri sehingga punya kesempatan untuk lebih berkembang, memakai Three-Dimensional Model of Women Empowerment yang ditawarkan oleh Huis et al.. Metode kualitatif dengan rancangan etnografi kritis dipilih untuk penelitian ini, dengan narasumber 4 dalang perempuan dan 2 dalang pria yang berasal dari Solo dan Jogjakarta.
