The objective of the research was to identify new possibilities for increasing the degree of human resources training for supporting a more sustainable organizational development. The research has made it possible to identify the most relevant behavioral dimension of human resources training process. It talks about the knowledge of our field which allows us to identify the gap which our research could fill and also strength’s the topic that we chose for our research. \n The literature review will help us to find and select appropriate measurement instruments. Abstract
This paper addresses the issue of human resources training and development which is considered one of the most important ways for a sustainable organizational development. The objective of the research was to identify new possibilities for increasing the degree of human resources training for supporting a more sustainable organizational development.
