Abstract
A study of the ants collected in and around Victoria and on Thetis Island during the Autumn of 1987 and the Spring of 1988 is described. Twenty-four species were found, and the locations and habitats have been noted. Two of the Leptothorax species are believed to be new records for Canada and another remains unidentified.
