The contents, which are related to the licensing conditions, how to copya licensed work for students in order to record a copying remuneration and redistribute that to copyright owners, are analyzed and evaluated based on the provisions of law and the status of copying in the current educational system. Abstract
This article is an overview research of the legal provisions of Vietnam and international about the licensed operation of copying a work in the educational system, which proposes a number of measures in order to help this activity take place effectively.
