For NH group of glucosamine hydrochloride were 1557 cm-1 (s), 1559 cm-1 (s), 1556 cm-1 (s), 1560 cm-1 (s), respectively. For CN group of glucosamine hydrochloride were 1379 cm-1 (m), 1379 cm-1 (m), 1379 cm-1 (m), 1379 cm-1 (m), respectively. While the glycoside bond of glucosamine hydrochloride 1073 cm-1 (w), 1074 cm-1 (w), 1074 cm-1 (w), 1074 cm-1 (w), respectively. 马蹄蟹壳几丁质制备盐酸氨基葡萄糖的研究
以马蹄蟹壳的几丁质为原料,在90℃的温度下,以7%、9%、11%、14%的盐酸浓度变化比(v/w)为9:1,化学水解法制备盐酸氨基葡萄糖。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对盐酸氨基葡萄糖的特征进行表征,所得盐酸氨基葡萄糖OH基的特征分别为3446 cm-1 (s)、3448 cm-1 (s)、3450 cm-1 (s)、3448 cm-1 (s)。盐酸氨基葡萄糖NH组分别为1557 cm-1 (s)、1559 cm-1 (s)、1556 cm-1 (s)、1560 cm-1 (s)。CN组盐酸氨基葡萄糖分别为1379 cm-1 (m)、1379 cm-1 (m)、1379 cm-1 (m)、1379 cm-1 (m)。而氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的糖苷键分别为1073 cm-1 (w)、1074 cm-1 (w)、1074 cm-1 (w)、1074 cm-1 (w)。用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖的浓度,以标准溶液n -乙酰氨基葡萄糖在磷酸0.005%的溶液中进行分析,在最大波长为197 nm处,得到盐酸氨基葡萄糖的浓度为7% = 33.67 ppm, 9% = 36.35 ppm, 11% = 40.16 ppm, 14% = 43.97 ppm。
