Abstract

This paper presents a multi-issue bargaining mechanism in order to negotiate simultaneously the price and time-slot for electric vehicles (EVs) charging in congested power distribution networks. Alleviating the need for investments in distribution infrastructure to install EV chargers, an aggregator coordinating EVs provides flexibility to the system and reduces congestion.
