Furthermore, the most challenging results are the management classification, with the percentage reaching 43% of the entire studies. The management classification consists of two challenges. First, the lack of PQM consists of a review, evaluation/inspection, and assessment process. Second, the lack of the project manager's skill to manage the planning, monitoring, controlling, and project scheduling activities. Abstract
