Abstract

Objective To develop occupational radiation disease and occupational health monitoring system for radiation workers in order to identify the current status of occupational health management of radiation workers in China. Methods In compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and standards in China, the system design was completed according to wide variety of needs. Results An occupational health monitoring system for radiation workers was initially established. The system consisted of four modules and three levels of users to make sure. Conclusions Through the collection of data, some key risk points existing in radiology diagnosis and treatment have been identified in relation to occupational radiation disease, so as to provide scientific basis for health administrative department to carry out decision-making and revision of laws and regulations. 中国职业辐射疾病与职业健康监测系统的构建与初步应用
目的建立辐射工作人员职业病与职业健康监测系统,了解中国辐射工作人员职业健康管理现状。方法在遵守中国相关法律法规和标准的前提下,根据多种需求完成系统设计。结果初步建立了辐射工作人员职业健康监测体系。系统由四个模块和三个层次的用户组成。结论通过资料收集,确定了职业病放射诊疗中存在的一些关键风险点,为卫生行政部门进行决策和修订法律法规提供科学依据。关键词:辐射工作人员;职业健康监测;职业性放射疾病
