Abstract
The digital age is inhomogeneous. There are several periods or phases of that age. In a first concept these periods are introduced. In a second concept abstract problems of GI processing are introduced to solve practical problems of the digital age. Additionally these problems are characterized by methodical geographical specialities. After this the two concepts are integrated in an example, where a train ride is analysed.
