Abstract

天然气管道施工事故原因研究
为了预防天然气管道施工事故ꎬ,采用“2-4”模型因果因素编码系统对32起天然气管道施工自然事故进行原因分析。通过对4个层次29个因素的统计分析,得出16个事故原因ꎬ,并对5个最常见的原因进行了详细分析。结果表明:在所有已调查的事故中ꎬ主要原因是人员操作失误(违法不安全操作)ꎬ施工前的外部条件不符合不安全状态的要求ꎬ对设备和材料特性的掌握不够(安全知识)ꎬ没有认识到施工程序的重要性(安全意识)ꎬ现场安全监督人员部署不合理(安全监督)安全管理结构缺陷ꎬ和自然因素造成的持续降雨。第 6 期 孙世梅等: 天然气管道施工事故行为原因研究
