Abstract

Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark extract of Psychotria djumaensis led to the isolation of ten known pentacyclic triterpenoids among which one lupane-, three oleanane-,  and six ursane-types. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of spectroscopic methods and by comparison with previously reported data. The isolated compounds were tested against five strains of bacteria, and the cytotoxicity against the human cervix carcinoma KB-3-1 cell was evaluated. The isolates exhibited weak antibacterial activity against the five strains. 朱马藤茎皮提取物的细胞毒性和抗菌活性研究
对大马精神病茎皮提取物进行植物化学研究,分离出10种已知的五环三萜,其中1种为狼烷-型,3种为齐墩烷-型,6种为熊烷型。分离化合物的结构是通过光谱方法和与先前报道的数据比较确定的。分离得到的化合物对5株细菌进行了抑菌试验,并评价了其对人宫颈癌细胞KB-3-1的细胞毒性。分离菌株对5株病原菌均表现出较弱的抑菌活性。3β,19α-二羟基-12-烯-28-酸(5)的细胞毒活性(IC50 5.9µM)是对照物[(+)灰黄霉素,IC50 17-21µM]的3倍左右。
