THE MODERN PROBLEMS OF TERRİTORİAL ORGANİZATİON OF AGRİCULTURE İN THE LANKARAN-ASTARA ECONOMİC REGİON

Abstract

Mə­qa­lə Lən­kə­ran-As­ta­ra iq­ti­sa­di ra­yo­nu­nun kənd tə­sər­rü­fa­tı­nın əra­zi təş­ki­li­nin müa­sir prob­lem­lə­ri­nin təd­qi­qi­nə həsr edil­miş­dir. İq­ti­sa­di ra­yon­da kənd tə­sər­rü­fa­tı­nın əra­zi təş­ki­li­nin me­to­do­lo­ji əsas­la­rı araş­dı­rıl­mış, sta­tis­tik ma­te­ri­al­lar əsa­sın­da mü­va­fiq cəd­vəl­lər və xə­ri­tə ha­zır­lan­mış­dır. Re­gi­on­da kənd tə­sər­rü­fa­tı­nın sə­mə­rə­li əra­zi təş­ki­li­nin in­ki­şa­fı­na tə­sir gös­tə­rən tə­bii-coğ­ra­fi şə­ra­it və iq­ti­sa­di amil­lər təh­lil olun­muş­dur. Döv­lət proq­ram­la­rın­da (2014-2018 və 2019-2023-cü il­lər) re­gi­on­da aq­rar sek­to­run əsas in­ki­şaf meyl­lə­ri və bu sa­hə­də aq­ro­park­la­rın və müa­sir iri fer­mer tə­sər­rü­fat­la­rı­nın ya­ra­dıl­ma­sı­nın üs­tün­lük­lə­ri­nin mü­hüm əhə­miy­yət kəsb et­mə­si ək­si­ni tap­mış­dır. Təd­qi­qat əra­zi­sin­də kənd tə­sər­rü­fa­tı­nın müa­sir və­ziy­yə­ti və pers­pek­tiv­lə­ri təh­lil edil­mək­lə, qar­şı­ya qo­yu­lan əsas məq­səd və və­zi­fə­lə­rin ye­ri­nə ye­ti­ril­mə­si­nə na­il olun­muş­dur. Re­gio­nun kənd tə­sər­rü­fa­tın­da və onun emal mü­əs­si­sə­lər­də qar­şı­ya çı­xan prob­lem­lə­rin düz­gün həll edil­mə­si üçün sta­tis­tik, sis­tem­li ya­naş­ma, ri­ya­zi ana­liz, kar­toq­ra­fik və di­gər me­tod­lar­dan is­ti­fa­də edil­mək­lə, mü­va­fiq töv­si­yə­lər ha­zır­lan­mış­dır. The article is dedicated to the study of "the modern problems of territorial organization of ağrı­cul­ture in the Lankaran-Astara economic region". The me­thodological bases of the territorial organization of ağrı­culture were investigated, and appropriate tables and maps were prepared based on statistical materials in the economic region. The natural-geographical conditions and economic factors influencing the development of the efficient territorial organization of agriculture have been analyzed in the region. In the last State programs (2014-2018 and 2019-2023), the main development trends of the agricultural sector and the importance of the advantages of creating agro parks and modern large farms were reflected in the region. The main goals and objectives have been fulfilled by analyzing the modern state and prospects of agriculture in the research area. To correctly solve the problems encountered in the re­gion's agriculture and its processing enterprises, appro­priate recommendations were prepared using a sta­tis­tical, systematic approach, mathematical analysis, car­tographic and other methods.
