Triazole moiety seems to be very small but 1,2,4-Triazole derivatives have wide range of potential antibacterial activities against drug-resistant pathogens.Hybridization shows a high potential to develop novel drugs,reduce toxicity,and improve Pharmacokinetic profiles.More effective antibacterial studies might be obtained by the hybridization of 1,2,4-Triazole mercapto moiety. A number of clinically effective antibacterial drugs become more effective.
