The method of remote personalized medical care has been developed. The scheme of the biotechnical system and its hierarchical structure are given. In order to ensure the reliability of operation, the system has two control loops for providing the following modes of operation: the autonomous mode for interacting between a patient and the system using a portable mobile device; the control mode for a physician using a server interface of a health facility. The general structure of the system is given; the algorithm of its functioning is described with consideration of the reviewed modes of operation. Abstract
