This study aims to determine the relationship and contribution of counseling guidance services in pesantren to children's character education through service management analysis. The researcher used qualitative research methods with triangulation for data collection. The evaluation instrument involves the Stufflebeam evaluation components. They are context, input, process, and product. The results indicate that the planning and controlling management functions have not been able to function properly and have caused problems in the provided services. The service types have led to increased competence, improved attitudes, and students’ character. However, there were many obstacles in the process. They are funding, infrastructure, implementation time, control from the leadership and administration as well as regular reporting of activities.
