This situation is exacerbated by the patient’s desire to have a tiny smile. Teeth whitening is most simple and conservative method for achieving the desired result. However peroxide radical is basic component of most of enamel bleaching systems. Using this component leads to such negative consequences as appearance of hyperesthesia symptom. In these studies, we used informative, highly accurate and sensitive to minimal changes diagnostic methods. The analysis of the research results allowed us to interpret the data obtained and conclude that the whitening systems influence the hard tissues of teeth. The problem of finding a repair remedy, which allows not only to eliminate hyperesthesia of the tooth, but also to restore the structure of enamel and morphometry of hard tooth tissues, has become urgent. Due this fact, the drug selection for elimination of such negative effects from peroxide radical becomes important and neccesary stage. For research were selected an amino acid based drug (GAMK), a fluoride and calcium salt based drug, an aminofluoride based drug.
