The FST control method and generation of the reference signal is implemented to MPUC active filter. The MPUC active filter based on the FST control method can eliminate harmonics, compensate reactive power and balance load instability. The generation of current and voltage reference is one of the important points of a proper application of this MPUC active filter. The FST control operation of the MPUC active filter is verified by Matlab/Simulink software. Abstract

In this study, the Fuzzy Self-Tuning (FST) control method that is implemented to Modified Packed U-Cell (MPUC) Active Filter is presented. The MPUC Active Filter application is designed for compensation of reactive power at power systems. The main purpose of MPUC is filtered out undesirable harmonics in the power system. 基于模糊自整定控制的电力系统改进包装u单元有源滤波器
