Abstract

La2Ti2O7 ceramics prepared by solid state reaction method have been studied for their structural and dielectric properties. At room temperature (25 °C), La2Ti2O7 ceramics exhibit intrinsic dielectric response with a dielectric constant ∼ 41 and dielectric loss ∼10−2 at f = 1 MHz.
