In order to identify the existing gaps, data on the number of employees are analysed by gender and forms of ownership. Abstract
The comparative approach to the evolution of the number of employees at the end of the year is aimed at illustrating the situation of the existing labour market in Bacau County of Romania and the Central Region of the Republic of Moldova over a period of 6 years (2011-2016).
