Abstract
Here we present the design and performance of tunable dual-band and wide-angle perfect absorber, consisted of graphene and VO2. Simulation results show the device operating in long-wave infrared region. The two absorption peaks, including location and intensity, can be tuned in a wide range by either electrical, thermal, or their combination.
