Almost 100 % of employers have a division that performs functions related to the management / quality assurance of products and / or services in their organizational structure. The study of the relevance of the components of the “Quality, Standardization and Certification” educational program has shown the need to include disciplines that are able to solve practical problems and complex specialized taskscharacterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions when performing management functions of pharmaceutical organizations and their departments on activities affecting the product quality, customer satisfaction and the ability ofthe organization to comply with regulatory requirements.\nConclusions. A survey of employers in the pharmaceutical healthcare sector has been conducted in order to improve the educational program taking into account the basic requirements of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market to modern specialists.
