Abstract

Dukuh Village is a government unit that provides services to the community. One of the services provided by the village government is a letter request service. So far, the process of submitting a letter is still done manually, villagers must come to the Village Office to apply for a letter and the head's signature. The current effective village process takes a long time and is less and less efficient. Data collection is still done manually, causing many writing errors, requiring more storage space and disorganized data.
