Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka pada Fase Proliferasi pada Pasien Ulkus Diabetikum di Wocare Center Bogor

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetic ulcer is a complication of diabetes mellitus which also has an impact on physical, psychological, social, and also economic conditions. The impact that occurs in addition to the physical there are also psychological impacts, one of which is anxiety disorders. Wound healing is a process that involves biochemical cellular responses both locally and systematically involving dynamic and complex processes. The wound healing phase consists of: inflammatory phase, proliferation phase, maturation phase (remodeling). This study aims to determine the relationship of Anxiety Levels to the Wound Healing Process In The Proliferation Phase In Diabetic Ulcer Patients. This study uses a descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire on anxiety levels and an observation sheet using a winner scale assessment. The statistical test uses the chi-square test to determine whether or not there is a relationship to the level of anxiety with the wound healing process. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of anxiety and the wound healing process in the proliferation phase with the P-Value (0.028) value < the α value (0.005). There is a Relationship between Anxiety Levels Towards the Wound Healing Process. It is hoped that patients with diabetic ulcers are always calm so that anxiety does not occur, because anxiety can hamper the wound healing process. Keywords : Anxiety level, Diabetic Ulcer, Wound Healing Process  ABSTRAK Ulkus diabetikum adalah komplikasi penyakit diabetes melitus yang juga berdampak pada keadaan fisik, psikologi, sosial ,dan juga ekonomi. Dampak yang terjadi selain pada fisik juga terdapat dampak psikologi salah satunya yaitu gangguan kecemasan. Penyembuhan luka adalah suatu proses yang melibatkan respon seluler biokimia baik secara lokal maupun secara sistematik yang melibatkan proses dinamis dan kompleks. Fase penyembuhan luka terdiri dari: fase inflamasi, fase proliferasi, fase maturasi (remodeling). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka Pada Fase Proliferasi Pada Pasien Ulkus Diabetikum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendeketan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner tentang tingkat kecemasan dan lembar observasi menggunakan pengkajian winner scale. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan atau tidak terhadap tingkat kecemasan dengan proses penyembuhan luka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan proses penyembuhan luka pada fase proliferasi dengan nilai P-Value (0,028) < nilai α (0,005). Terdapat Hubungan antara Tingkat Kecemasan Terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka. Diharapkan untuk pasien dengan ulkus diabetikum selalu tenang agar tidak terjadi kecemasan, sebab kecemasan bisa membuat proses penyembuhan luka terhambat. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kecemasan, Ulkus Diabetikum, Proses Penyembuhan Luka.
