Abstract

In this paper, we present our recent results on the development of passive devices for short-wave infrared and MIR applications. SOI platform is used and several devices, like waveguides, MMIs, spirals, unbalanced MZI, are designed, fabricated and characterized at the wavelengths of 2μm and 3.8μm.
