Abstract
This article examines the existing procedural problems of applying circumstances that exclude the criminality of the act, and the legal regulatory aspects of registration as grounds for refusal in the proceedings. The study used methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparative legal analysis and etc. During the research work, advanced foreign experience, scientific and theoretical views, and investigative and judicial practice were studied, as a result of which proposals and recommendations were developed for making appropriate amendments and additions to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative acts.
