Abstract

本研究的目的是:1)研究广西高校基层管理人员的专业发展现状。2)为促进广西高校基层管理人员专业发展提供对策。3)评价促进广西高校基层管理人才专业发展战略的适应性和可行性。样本是来自广西六所高校的管理人员和教师,共有600名参与者。研究工具包括1)问卷调查,2)结构化访谈,以及3)评估表格。数据分析采用百分比、平均标准差和内容分析。结果发现:1)广西高校基层管理人员专业发展的影响因素包括五个部分:专业意识、专业精神、专业知识与能力、专业组织、培训、保障体系等方面,《广西高校基层管理人员专业发展战略》与理论和理念框架相一致,认为《广西高校基层管理人员专业发展战略》恰当、正确、可行、有价值。
