The selected articles are publications in 2015-2022, research subjects are children aged 6-12years, full-text available, and written in English and Indonesian. It was concluded that oral bad habits often occur in children and even in infants. Oral bad habitsinclude thumb sucking, nail biting, lip sucking, tongue pushing, and mouth breath-ing. 习惯是一种不断重复的行为模式;在口腔中也被称为口腔不良习惯,自然发生在6岁以下的年龄。口腔习惯在6岁以上时仍然存在,这可能导致牙面结构的异常。这篇文章讨论了用嘴呼吸的习惯对儿童脸型的影响。采用文献综述设计,以口腔不良习惯、口腔呼吸、错颌畸形为关键词,通过Google Scholar、Pubmed和sciencedirect3个搜索平台收集相关文章。入选文章为2015-2022年的出版物,研究对象为6-12岁的儿童,全文可用,以英文和印尼语撰写。结论是,口腔不良习惯经常发生在儿童甚至婴儿身上。口腔不良习惯包括吮拇指、咬指甲、吮嘴唇、推舌头和用嘴呼吸。口呼吸等口腔不良习惯对错牙合的发生有一定的影响,尤其是还处于生长发育阶段的儿童,即小学生。
