Important factors that have an impact on job satisfaction levels are work itself, pay, promotion opportunities, supervision, and relationship with co-workers. A sample of 120 teachers is selected by convenient sampling from the nine faculties at Rajshahi University. With the support of SPSS, factor analysis, Co-relation, and regression tests are conducted to generate results. Through the statistical analysis, it is found that teachers are more satisfied with work itself, relationship with co-workers, and they are less satisfied with the pay structure, promotion opportunities, and supervision.
